Founding Team

Planetary Talent was founded by:

  • Maxwell Jules (Founder) – The mysterious founder of Planetary Talent who's blueprint for a global talent network was discovered by the founding team.
  • Mark Janzen (CEO) – A seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience building and leading distributed teams. Formerly VP of Technology at Avalara, where he managed over 100 global contributors.
  • Jacob Schlittenhardt (COO) – A creative entrepreneur with a background in brand strategy, UX, and global hiring. Jacob has led creative teams around the world in both agency and product environments.
  • Rohit Ghule (CTO) – Based in Pune, India, Rohit is the founder of Evogenious Talent, a global recruitment firm now operating in partnership with Planetary Talent. Rohit brings deep experience in international sourcing, systems development, and team operations.
